I, Adam Armstrong, pride myself on quality with a careful balance of new technologies and ‘tried and true.

I have had a career filled with wonderful opportunities and extremely varied experiences in live and studio audio.

Touring as Front of House Mixer for the alt rock band The National, I have had the pleasure to mix at Glastonbury, Bonnaroo, Primavera, Montreux Jazz and many other festivals.
I have mixed their performances at Madison Square Garden, Red Rocks, Hollywood Bowl, and countless other amazing venues of the world.

I am one of the FOH music mixers for MTV’s Video Music Awards. At the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, I install and operate the audio system in the most exclusive VIP section. I was one of the in-house Broadcast Music Mixers at Heart Radio’s Tribeca theater up until it closed operations.

The scope of my audio work is wide, including corporate, tv remotes, concerts, sporting events, festivals, installations and more.
